Brian Dosal, DirectorIn 2010, Brian Dosal identified a market need and developed a web-based business-analytics platform that enables IT Services Providers to generate customizable performance reports and dashboards based on their disparate and unique data sources. Today, he serves as co-founder and president of that company, BrightGauge Software, where he oversees all software product development initiatives and directs the implementation of its strategic growth plans.
In addition, Dosal serves as director on the boards of Dosal Capital’s enterprise-security services company, Compuquip Technologies, and its voice- and data-cabling firm, Blue Wave Communications.
Previously, Dosal was director of sales and marketing with Compuquip’s Managed IT Services division. During his tenure with this group, he was instrumental in branding and marketing its services and ultimately attracting the attention of Konica Minolta Business Services, which acquired the division in 2012. Before this, he was a sales representative for IBM, where he sold hardware, software and services to enterprise businesses in Wisconsin and Michigan.
Dosal is a member of the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce and past president of the Notre Dame Alumni Association’s Miami chapter. In addition, he is a triathlon enthusiast who organizes a team and competes each year to raise money for the St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
Dosal holds a bachelor’s degree in management information systems from the University of Notre Dame, where he earned the Eugene D. Fanning Award and scholarship for exceptional achievement in business communications.
